Job Description

A local management company is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to set schedules, allow for planned meetings and appointments, assume responsibility for service management function within the building, developing relationships with service providers and agencies for resident referrals and educational opportunities, educating residents on available services, and monitor provisions of services. This is a first shift position working 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the delivery of services to residents to ensure they are appropriate, timely, and satisfactory
Perform service management function for all residents needing assistance. and provide limited case management for a resident when such service is not being provided by the general service community
Report all suspected abuse situations to the appropriate agency and advocate and negotiate on behalf of residents for adequate, timely and cost-effective provis...
