Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (2026‐2027) Location: Bartow, Florida Effective School Solutions (ESS) is one of the country's leading providers of school‐based mental health services for K‐12 students. We are seeking a Lead Clinician/Social Worker to provide clinical services to a small group of students with significant behavioral and emotional needs. The selected candidate will also provide coaching, training, and education to the school community to create a more trauma‐attuned environment. Clinicians work with a seasoned clinical management team and receive extensive training to master ESS protocols and service model.
