Licensed Psychiatric Therapist - Inpatient Unit (Casual Call, Variable Shift)

Position Summary:

The Inpatient Psychiatric Unit Therapist works within a multidisciplinary team to provide services to patients in an acute adult inpatient behavioral health setting. This position joins with other members of the team to stabilize patients in a mental health crisis. The Therapist provides comprehensive clinical social work services, such as therapy (individual, group, and family), discharge planning, case management, care coordination, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention. This position seeks to address the psychosocial needs of the patients and their families in order for a safe return to the community upon discharge from the inpatient unit. This position is for a fully licensed therapist within the state of Montana.


Minimum Qualifications:
+ Master Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
+ Licensed as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT or licensure eligible in the state of Montana
+ American Heart Association BLS
