Described Duties: 1. Work cooperatively with Northwest Health Services (NHS) providers, supervisors, and personnel to carry out the goals and objectives of NHS according to governing body requirements and established internal policies and procedures. 2. Treat others respectfully whether it is a patient, fellow employee, member of management, customer, vendor or visitor to our premises. 3. Places patients in exam rooms and records vital signs, past medical history, brief history of the present illness, blood pressure, weight, completes problem list, and prepares patient for provider to see. 4.
