**Regional Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse/Nurse Case manager (LPN)**

**(Daylight flex time)**

**Hours:** Flexible Monday-Friday 8 hour days (Holidays and weekends off). _No on call rotation responsibilities. Flexibility with start times._

**_Pay rate: $30 hourly_** _Time in a half after 40 hours weekly_

**_Location: Pittston, PA County_**
