Facility: Nursing Home 
Location: 160 Main Street Walpole, MA 02081 
Term: contract 13 weeks
Shift: 8s; 16s (Variable - Nights; Variable - Evenings) 
Pay rate: $50/hr on w2 
Guaranteed hrs. 48hrs/week
