Job Description

                Job Details:  
Position : Licensed Practical Nurse  
Location : 6710 Mallery Dr, Lanham, MD 20706 
Facility : Doctors Community Rehabilitation and Patient Care Center 
Shift : 7am - 3:30pm (five days in a week that includes EOW)  
Contract : 5 weeks  
Start : TBD

BLS/CPR  
Immunization records (PPD, Flu and Physical) if updated  
Requirements:  State LPN license 
BLS/CPR preferred 
 Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred . 
Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's. 
Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
