Moorings Park is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Home Health team. The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for following established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions from the Clinical Manager or Director of Clinical Services. The LPN staff nurse is responsible for providing quality and safe delivery of home health skilled nursing services in collaboration with the RN Case Manager. The LPN provides services under the supervision of a qualified registered nurse.

Contributions:

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient services as assigned and is directly supervised by the Registered Nurse.
• Provides specific skilled procedures as assigned and in accordance with acceptable standards for the LPN, including sterile dressing changes, administration of oral, IM, and rectal medication, routine ostomy care, catheter care, observation of signs/symptoms, tube fee...
