Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Summary: Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for performing essential care for our members in our nursing supported group homes under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer and NSGH Administrator. This is a safety sensitive position.

Responsibility for Members which includes:

• Provide for the safety, emotional and physical needs of all members
• Ensure members are clean, well-groomed and dressed age appropriately and correctly for the season and environmental conditions
• Transportation to and from day program as needed
• Position and re-position every 1 hour while awake and every 2 hours while asleep and as needed
• Help members cook meals and to eat as needed
