Job Description

                Title-  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - LTC (Evening) 
Location:  Palmyra, Missouri 
Duration:  13 Weeks (ASAP Start) 
Shift:  Evening Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) 
Hours:  40 Hours/Week (Guaranteed) 
Schedule:  Every Other Weekend Required 
Pay : $32-$35/Hourly / From $1600/Week (Travel) 
Key Responsibilities  
Provide direct nursing care to residents  
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed  
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN/physician  
Maintain accurate and timely documentation  
Support CNAs and collaborate with the care team  
Follow infection control and safety protocols  
Deliver compassionate, resident-centred care  
Requirements  Active LPN License (MO or Compact)
