Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active Pennsylvania LPN license required
• Minimum 6 months of LPN experience required
• Current CPR certification required
• Negative TB test results required
• Annual physical required where applicable
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or support up to 80 pounds as needed
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to pass background screening requirements
• COVID-19 vaccination or compliance with facility-specific requirements may be required

• Provide safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care
• Admit, discharge, and transfer patients as needed
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and condition changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform wound care and collect blood and urine specimens as needed ...
