At Good Shepherd Hospice, our organization promotes the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being both of the person completing life's journey and their family members by providing comprehensive and compassionate end-of-life care of the highest quality.

We are looking for a compassionate LPN with the Hospice Heart to join our care team who are committed to providing both medical and emotional support to patients and families.

Per Diem requirement is six shifts per month, covering evenings and weekends.

Job Details

Our Community Hospice LPN's:

• Work under the supervision and assignment of the registered nurse to provide top-notch care to hospice patients and their families within a home setting.
• Communicate status of patient to team

• Help patient manage pain and end of life symptoms
• Experience in home care, skilled nursing facilities and/or oncology preferred. ...
