A health services organization in Virginia is seeking a new Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an overnight role providing crisis support and stabilization in a residential setting in Hampton.
About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Overnight
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (with rotating weekends)
• Hours: 11pm to 7am
• Setting: Crisis Therapeutic Home

• Conducting nursing assessments for consumers on admission
• Preparing and implementing written plans of care
• Monitoring and ensuring proper medication administration
• Coordinating care with healthcare providers
• Providing training to residents and staff
• Performing other duties, as needed

• 2+ years of experience with Developmentally Disabled persons
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing Program
