Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel LPN
Location: Shepherdstown, WV 25443 Facility type: LTC/SNF Shift: 7am – 7pm | 7pm – 7am (Three Days in a week that includes EOW) Contract: 7 weeks Pay rate: $38/hr on W2 Travel Pay Package: $1548/week gross based and up to 36hrs/week Start: TBD

Required:
- Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse.
- Min 1 -2 year of (LPN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
