As an LPN at Ovation Heartwood, you provide hands-on clinical support while building meaningful relationships with Assisted Living residents. You'll work closely with the care team to support resident health, comfort, and dignity, helping create a calm, welcoming environment where residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home.

We are looking for a dependable and clinically strong LPN to support our residents and lead our overnight care team. This is a key role for someone who is confident working independently and comfortable serving as the primary clinical resource during night hours. Previous Assisted Living / Memory Care experience is strongly preferred.
