Mount Carmel Senior Living Community  is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN ) for our facility in Mt Carmel, PA   
The primary purpose is the LPN  is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors. 
Available Shifts:   
 Full Time, Part Time -7am- 3pm, 3p-11p, 11p-7a   
Pay:  
Base Rate:  $26.42-$28.42 per hour  
Shift Differentials:  
+$2.00/hour  for 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.   
+$0.50/hour  for 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
