Responsibilities/Accountabilities
We have an amazing opportunity for LPNs that can:
- Order and dispense medications according to physician's orders
- Carry out admissions and re-admissions
- Document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets,
various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc., as established by the facility - Direct and supervise the care given by a CNA/Med Aide
- Must be able to lift without restrictions
