Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse  Location: 6710 Mallery Dr, Lanham, MD 20706  
Facility: LTC/SNF  
Shift: 7am -3pm & 3pm – 11pm (five days in a week that includes EOW)  
Contract: 7 weeks  
Start: ASAP

BLS/CPR  
Immunization records (PPD, Flu and Physical) if updated  
Covid Vaccination Card  
Requirements:  
State LPN license  
BLS/CPR preferred  
Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.  
Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN’s.
