                Job Details:  
Position : Licensed Practical Nurse 
Location : 6710 Mallery Dr, Lanham, MD 20706 
Facility : LTC/SNF 
Shift :  7am -3pm & 3pm - 11pm (five days in a week that includes EOW) 
Contract : 7 weeks 
Start : ASAP

BLS/CPR  
Immunization records (PPD, Flu and Physical) if updated  
Covid Vaccination Card  
Requirements:  State LPN license 
BLS/CPR preferred 
 Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred . 
Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's. 
Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred
