Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time and Part Time openings!
CRITICAL SHORTAGE - FT EVENING LPNS!
Manage residents existing care plans and supervising the day-to-day resident care activities during the shift. Both care management and supervisory responsibilities must be executed in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.
RATES!
+ Day (7am-3pm)
+ Rates: $28.40/hour weekdays (base), $28.97/hour weekends (base+2% differential)
+ Evening (3pm-11pm)
+ NEW for Full Time Evenings Only - $2,500 Sign On Bonus! Bonus paid in installments; eligibility and repayment terms apply. (Effective 5/28/2026)
+ Rates: $30.67/hour weekdays (base+8% differential), $31.24/hour weekends (base+10% differential)
