CRITICAL SHORTAGE - FT EVENING LPNS!
Manage residents existing care plans and supervising the day-to-day resident care activities during the shift. Both care management and supervisory responsibilities must be executed in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.
NEW RATES! (Effective 7/1/2026)
+ Day (7am-3pm)
+ Rates: $28.80/hour weekdays (base), $29.38/hour weekends (base+2% differential)
+ Evening (3pm-11pm)
+ NEW for Full Time Evenings Only - $2,500 Sign On Bonus! Bonus paid in installments; eligibility and repayment terms apply. (Effective 5/28/2026)
+ Rates: $31.10/hour weekdays (base+8% differential), $31.68/hour weekends (base+10% differential)
