Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are in need of a Fulltime LPN for all shifts, 7a-3p,3p-11p and 11p-7a. All LPN's are required to work at least every other weekend.
Our License practical nurse's plans and manages patient care according to their individual needs. They administer medications, provide wound care, obtains vital signs including pulse, blood pressure, temperature and respiration. They review medical charts and assist physicians and registered nurses in providing care. They Update patient records in a confidential manner and evaluate the patients wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff. Explain treatments and procedures to patient and families. Other duties as assigned by DNS and ADNS.
