Position Overview Inabia is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Home Health team in Elkhart, Indiana.

This role provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, supporting recovery, independence, and overall well-being.

The ideal candidate is organized, clinically competent, and comfortable managing visits and documentation in a home health environment.
