Job Description

                Position- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 
Specialty- Clinic 
Shift- Days 5x8-Hour  
Guaranteed Hours- 40 hrs/week 
Duration- 12 weeks 
Location- Brockton, MA  
Pay package for local (with in 50 miles from the facility)  Pay Rate (W2): $38/hr (Taxable) 
Pay Rate OT (W2): $57/hr (Taxable) 
Total weekly gross: $1,520/Week 
 Client's Submission Requirement-  At least 2 years of experience- REQUIRED  
Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a LPN- REQUIRED  
Certification Req: BLS (AHA)  
LPN must have experience working in urgent care, ambulatory facilities or ER  
Meditech, IDX and All Scripts - Preferred  
Covid Vaccinated, if eligible
