**This is a night shift position (3/12s).** **We also are hiring for a Utilization Manager, LPN Day Shift. and Two (3/12s) Day shifts**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Patient Assessment and Care Planning:**
+ Assist in assessing the health status of patients and contribute to the development and modification of individualized care plans.
+ **Direct Patient Care:**
+ Provide safe, effective nursing care for multiple patients within the facility’s healthcare program.
