Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Honokaa, Hawaii
Pay Rate: $44 to $48/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Varied 8-hour shifts; Days 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week long-term care opportunity in Honokaa, Hawaii. This role supports skilled nursing and long-term care residents with medication administration, treatments, assessments, and daily care needs. Candidates must be flexible with varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and OT rotation as needed.

• Administer medications and treatments according to resident care plans
• Assist with assessments, ADLs, skin treatments, and daily resident care needs
