Travel LPN Home Health jobs in King George, VA are available for an ASAP start on a 13-week contract, working 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday with 40 hours per week. You must have home health experience, OASIS proficiency, and a current CA LPN license. No weekends or on-call are required, and you will visit 5 to 6 patients per day with mileage reimbursed at the current IRS rate.Your responsibilities include providing wound care, medication management, patient education, and assisting with daily living activities. You will assess health status, report changes to the care team, and help patients achieve independence in their homes1.
