About the Program: Hendee Road Home is a 6 bed residential program for men with severe mental illness and are discharging from long term hospitalization. The program will address the full range of daily living needs of each individual with a focus on increasing independence and self-efficacy of individuals through 24-hour/7-day a week staff support in the residence and the community. Staff interventions focus on teaching skills around daily living, symptom management, coping skills, medication management, health & nutrition, healthy relationships, personal safety, money management, substance use education, linking to recovery supports, and providing sober activities.
