Overview

We are seeking an experienced practical nurse for a long-term position in a specialized home care setting in Porvoo. The role focuses on high-quality, customer-oriented care in an environment that differs from traditional home care. You will primarily work with the same client throughout your shift, without continuous movement between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and understand clients' situations in their own homes, supported by a 24-hour care team.
