Your tasks

You will work at Kulkurin Valssi 3, where you take care of residents' well‑being comprehensively. You are responsible for basic care, medication management, and ensuring smooth daily routines for residents. You act as a primary nurse, serving as a contact person for relatives and responsible for conducting RAI assessments for residents.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team with care assistants, practical nurses, nurses, and the head nurse. Our team values resident‑centered and rehabilitative work approaches, as well as open and respectful communication among team members. The work is on a three‑shift rotation.
