Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with an expanding behavioral health organization dedicated to helping people with mental health and substance use disorders. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time LPN near Chaska, MN.
Position : Licensed Practical Nurse
Location : Greater Chaska, MN
LPN Duties:

• Monitor and document physical and mental health needs
• Use withdrawal screening, interview and history taking to assess patient safety
• Create and update medication administration records, administration of medication
• Work with psychiatric providers to assess mental health symptoms and create treatment plans

• Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder is preferred
