Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in our skilled nursing and long-term care facility, providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents in a safe, supportive environment.

To be effective in this role, LPNs should possess strong observational skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare teams. They must also be able to work under pressure and adapt to the unique challenges of long-term care settings.

Key Responsibilities of LPNs in LTC and SNF

·Patient Care: provide essential care to residents, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities (such as bathing, dressing, and eating), and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.

·Medication Administration: administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring that residents adhere to their medication schedules.
