Provide high-quality resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Optima Living in Alberta and British Columbia. Collaborate with a compassionate team focused on personalized service and dignity for seniors.
As part of the care team, you will report to the Director of Care and foster a respectful environment for residents. The role includes providing direct nursing care, maintaining accurate health records, and assisting with personal care plans. You’ll support the team by mentoring Health Care Aides while working with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure optimal resident care.
