- Provide mental health services, consultation, and training to staff and program participants.
- Conduct initial and follow-up clinical assessments and mental health screenings for referred customers and new applicants.
- Identify and diagnose mental health conditions using standardized procedures.
- Review medical and health-related documentation, including prior records, to support accurate evaluations.
- Perform biopsychosocial evaluations and determine functional capacity outcomes; request additional assessments when necessary.
- Collaborate with Case Evaluators, Physicians, and Health Staff to ensure follow-up activities are completed.
- Prepare and sign clinical assessment reports as required by the Human Resources Administration (HRA) and obtain customer signatures when applicable.
