Licensed Master/Clinical Social Worker - Mental Health

+ Conduct psychosocial assessment, may include diagnostic interview

+ Develop and implement treatment plan

+ Provide psychotherapeutic interventions, including individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, play therapy, family and couple counseling, and other evidence-based treatments

+ Provide crisis intervention

+ Provide behavioral health consultation

+ Provide case management services

+ Provide agency referral and follow up

+ Provide community outreach/education services

+ Maintain treatment records in accordance with Health Center’s guidelines

+ Participate in agency Quality Assurance activities and case conference

+ Attend departmental meetings

+ Ability to work on weekends and during late hours

+ Provide supervision and guidance to interns and volunteers; LCSWs may also supervise LMSWs, as applicable

+ Perform other duties as assigned
