Licensed Land Surveyor - Bellinzona, Switzerland

This is an independent contractor based surveyor role for Bellinzona, Switzerland. The role may include boundary and cadastral coordination, topographic survey documentation, control support, site verification, GIS/CAD deliverables, and coordination with architects, engineers, BIM teams, and field capture teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field surveys for cadastral, boundary, construction, engineering, and topographic projects across Bellinzona and Canton Ticino as needed.
• Capture and verify precise site data using total stations, GNSS/GPS, levels, laser scanning, drones, and other approved survey equipment.
• Prepare, update, and check survey plans, control points, terrain models, 3D data, GIS records, and CAD deliverables for client and project use.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, public authorities, GIS teams, and project managers to clarify site constraints and survey requirements.
