Licensed Health Insurance Agent - NC Residents (Remote)

Position Overview
Location: Work From Home (equipment provided) Requirement:
You must already hold an active Health Insurance License in
your state of residence.
Compensation

+ $21/hr base pay

+ Competitive incentive structure based on individual performance

+ Pre‑scheduled appointments provided — no cold calling

+ Sell Medicare Medical Plans, PDPs, Dental, Vision, and ancillary products

+ Incentives range $5–$50 per product

+ Top AEP performers: $6,000–$8,000

+ Average AEP performers: $3,000–$5,000

+ Your commission is directly tied to your sales performance

Hours

+ Training: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

+ Production Shifts: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST, Monday–Friday

Weekend OT may be requested during peak season
