Licensed Electrician

Manage Chicago, Inc. is seeking a Chicago Licensed Electrician to support electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across multiple apartment buildings and properties throughout Chicago. This role is responsible for ensuring electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and operating properly for residents and building operations.

We're looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and is comfortable troubleshooting electrical issues, completing repairs, and handling a variety of electrical service requests.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential units and common building areas
• Install, repair, and replace electrical wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers
• Maintain and service electrical panels, subpanels, and building electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and building systems
