Licensed Client Service Administrator

Summary

The Licensed Client Service Administrator works with a team of operations professionals to support the seven wealth advisors in the Crossroads Financial Group. The focus of this role is providing top-notch service to our clients while supporting the daily operations of the practice. Trading accounts, conducting money movement, completing client requests, and maintaining detailed notes are key responsibilities of this role. Having strong attention to detail and great organizational skills is required for success. This position is employed by Crossroads Financial Group.

This position is full time, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $28-$35/hour depending on licensing and experience. Benefits include: PTO, disability, health insurance, life insurance, 401K, and bonus plan.
