**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead the strategic direction and execution of the soybean licensing business, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
+ Develop and manage strategic partnerships with companies, customers, and key stakeholders across the agricultural value chain.
+ Oversee complex licensing negotiations, commercial agreements, royalty structures, and portfolio expansion initiatives.
+ Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, intellectual property requirements, and seed industry governance.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Breeding, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance teams to enable business performance and portfolio execution.
