Library Services Lead

We are seeking an experienced, mission aligned and service‑oriented Library Services Lead to lead our Henderson and Christchurch campus libraries. Laidlaw’s libraries and archives play a vital role in the academic and community life of the College, serving Laidlaw staff, students, alumni and subscription borrowers. Our collection includes a range of high-quality publications in Biblical studies, theology, church history, mission (both local and global), pastoral theology, counselling and education.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this full‑time role provides leadership of a welcoming and supportive library environment, ensuring high‑quality library services and resources that support teaching, learning and research.
