Library Assistant - Mid and South Essex NHS Healthcare Libraries (Broomfield Hospital)

Mid and South Essex NHS Healthcare Libraries are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team at Broomfield Hospital. With library services also based at Basildon and Southend Hospitals, we pride ourselves on delivering a high‑quality, accessible service to staff across the Trust and partner organisations.

In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day delivery of core library services, ensuring users receive a responsive, efficient, and customer‑focused experience. Working collaboratively with colleagues across all three sites, you will help maintain an equitable service and contribute to the continuous improvement of our provision.
