Package Liaison Menlo Park, CA (Part Time) Weekends Mon/Weds/Fri 2:30 pm - 7:30pm (5 Hour Shifts) Luxer One is looking for a professional, personable, organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management service to a luxury apartment building in the Menlo Park area. Come join our growing team! This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at an apartment complex located in Menlo Park. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties. What Youll Do: Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit Organize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packages Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender Email Correspondence with on-site residents ...
