About the Opportunity 

This is a key technical coaching role focused on uplifting capability across our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Liability team, with a particular emphasis on foundational personal injury liability principes and effective claims management practices. 

The role will be responsible for reviewing, enhancing, and embedding Crawford’s liability training materials, as well as delivering hands-on coaching to a cohort of claims handlers across the team.
