Job Description

HGV 1/ LGV 1 / CLASS 1 DRIVERS WANTED – IMMEDIATE START

Working for one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of plastic building products, you will be responsible for the delivery of products to construction sites, builders merchants and customers throughout the whole UK. On average you will complete between 1 and 4 drops per day. You will be driving a vehicle with a curtain side trailer so will be required to open a curtain and wait to be unloaded.

All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.

Duration: This is a full‑time temp to perm position

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Pay for this role is £16.12 per hour with overtime paid at £21.98 after 40 hours. Nights out are also paid at £27.00 per night (Tax Free)
