Aspire People are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning within a primary school environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering intervention programmes, supporting pupil attainment, and helping children overcome barriers to learning.

The school is particularly interested in candidates who have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and experience supporting pupils through targeted intervention work.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering interventions in Maths, English, Reading, and Phonics
• Supporting pupils on a small-group and occasional 1:1 basis
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom support
