About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Level 3 IT Technician to join our growing IT support team. In this role, you’ll handle escalated technical issues, manage infrastructure tasks, and serve as the final point of resolution for critical systems problems. You’ll work closely with systems administrators, engineers, and help desk staff to maintain uptime and performance across all platforms.
