Level 3 ~ Early Years Educator. Needs to have a good understanding of Policiies & procedures, statutory requirements, SEND. The applicant must have some experience of running a room, with good staff skills, how to plan an exciting play curriculum for children between 36 months and primary school. A high standard of english to complete learning journals, reports where needed and communication with parents on open days. The pay will be negiotated at the end of a 12 working week probation period with 4 weekly assement meetings which will included DBS and reference checks. Additonal training is available where up to date knowledge is needed eg safeguarding, peadiatric first aid.
