Job Title: Level 2 Network Operations Analyst

As a Level 2 Network Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and performance of our clients’ network environments. You’ll lead technical investigations, drive proactive monitoring, and support continuous service improvement in a fast-paced, multi-vendor ecosystem.

You will have a close relationship with our L1 technicians who provide 24x7, 365 days a year support. This role will require the availability to work rotating shifts between 7am and 11pm as part of this support. Australian citizenship is mandatory.
