Role Overview We're seeking an experienced Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer to provide advanced onsite technical support across a large production facility comprising approximately 226 PCs across multiple buildings. This role acts as the primary ISIT representative onsite, ensuring reliable endpoint operations, effective issue resolution, and strong stakeholder engagement.
You will be responsible for supporting desktops, laptops, printers, network connectivity, device deployments, and incident resolution within SLA. This position is ideal for a highly capable support engineer with strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills, particularly within secure or regulated environments.
